Victoria at your Santa Maria location on North Broadway was so nice and a sunshine to wake up to in the morning going to get my carmelizer! Great customer service and she knew her nutrition facts about the drink I was drinking. Small things are big and I just wanna come in this girl for working so early and being so kind.

This was my first time at a Dutch Bros Coffee... went thru drive thru. There was a long line but it turned out to be well worth the wait. Just for the great customer service I received made it worth the while!! Thank you Kristen for being so sweet and giving me great ordering advice. It was delish! She took my order out in the line and was absolutely delightful and the window service was excellant as well. I will always choose Dutch Bros over any other!!! Glad your here!

This is my very first time at a Dutch Bros and I was a bit overwhelmed with the menu. As I was in the drive through line, I was trying to decide which menu item would be most to my liking. Carlos was such a sweetheart and was able to quickly ask what kind of drinks I normally drink and like. He came up with a suggestion and I am so happy to report it was quite delicious!

first time customer. I’m having a tough day and I came to purchase a couple of drinks. The cashiers were very kind and had a beautiful gesture towards me that made me smile and made my day a little better. Thank you for showing kindness and compassion. Small acts of kindness has an amazing ripple effect of positive vibes so that we can continue to pass it on to others. Thank you for the delicious and refreshing drink but most of all thank for your kindness. You now have a costumer for life.

Pros: really GOOD car service, amazing menu that includes hot/cold coffee blends (birthday cake lol), fruit blended teas and seasonal drinks PLUS a great "kid friendly" selection. I love the frequent stickers they give out. Sure they're "advertisement" , but they're cool. They also provide puppuchinos for Fido I suggest downloading their app. If you've never been, your first drink is FREE Cons: there's only one in town. The traffic at the entrance was a little sketchy at first, but I think they've worked it out

Went on a quick road trip & stopped at 5 Dutch Bros in 2 days. This one had the best customer service & drinks! Stefan was really kind & our drinks were amazing!!!! Best location!

Had an ice annihilator with oatmilk not bad line was unexpected waited only about 30 minutes. Attendance was exceptional like Chick-fil-A style, polite service made for a pleasant experience.
